Service Schedule
We will purchase and make arrangements to send fresh and quality provision and cleaning materials. All chemical and detergent items will be supplied with a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and provisions with HALAL certification during delivery.

Supply of Crew
We will supply experienced and competent crew at the required team size, depending on the project requirements.
All crew will meet the requirements for Fit to Work, HACCP training and food handling.

Housekeeping Services
We provide a variety of onboard housekeeping services which include: Cleaning & upkeeping of designated areas, daily dusting of all surfaces, washing and drying of linens, uniforms and daily bedroom making
Our Food
Quality Control
Waja Setia Katering management has a hands-on approach to the business. There are planned visits to the vessels throughout the year to allow our team to interface with management and ensures our processes, procedures and standards are being adhered to onboard. Furthermore, the company has monthly business reviews in which the management and the operation team will review each project performance
Food Safety
All our galley crew are trained in food safety and handling. Furthermore, every camp boss under our employment has a minimum of a decade worth of experience offshore and is tasked to monitor quality control and onboard compliance with HACCP and other food and drinking water safety procedures.
Food Menu
Prior to the start of the project, we will first understand the needs and expectations of the client. A set of sample menus will be provided and agreed upon. These menus are adjusted and reviewed on a monthly basis to prevent menu fatigue for the passengers onboard. During the project, new weekly or monthly menus are approved by the Company Site Representative (“CSR”), and any input and requests are always welcomed.
Premium Supply
We work with suppliers who share the same commitment in customer satisfaction and providing quality-driven goods and services. Our suppliers’ warehouses are audited and inspected annually to ensure the goods that we will receive during the project will be similarly fresh and up to offshore standard with proper HALAL certification.
